The Platinum Boardroom and The Pastor’s Boardroom are legal name for 12-month coaching cohorts founded and provided by Priority Living Consulting Group (PLCG) and Goodwin Enterprises, LLC.
The agreed participant in such Boardroom experience understands and agrees to the following:
Termination
Process for early termination is as follows:(a) by either Participant or PLCG for convenience upon at least 60 days prior written notice to the other party. Payment for the remaining 60 days will be collected. Reimbursement of any funds previously collected may be requested by Participant in writing. A determination by PLCG as to if all or partial reimbursement is warranted and may be denied.
Indemnification: Insurance
Participant agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the PLCG and Goodwin Enterprises, LLC and its employees, members, representatives, and other affiliates from and against any claims, actions, damages, losses, liabilities and other expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses) incurred by anyone involved in any activity of PLCG and Goodwin Enterprises, LLC arising out of, or resulting from or caused by the negligence or willful misconduct of the Indemnifying Party or its employees, members, representatives, other affiliates or invitees. This includes, but is not limited, to injury or loss of life on all in-person intensives hosted by PLCG. Participant understands that their involvement is at their own risk.
Miscellaneous
(a) In the event PLCG is hindered from performing its obligations by circumstances beyond such party's reasonable control (including, without limitation, acts of God, governmental requirements, or pandemic), upon the prompt giving of notice to the other party detailing such force majeure event and its anticipated duration, the obligations of PLCG are hindered shall be excused during such period of delay. In such event, the parties shall cooperate to minimize the effects of such disruption.
(b) In the event of a dispute between the Participant and PLCG that staff representatives of the parties cannot resolve, agreement of Participant and PLCG designates and neutral arbitrator, who shall meet to amicably resolve such dispute in a respectful manner before any proceeding before any legal or governmental authority.
(c) The recorded content from virtual calls is for the sole private use of the Participant. It cannot be sold or placed online for viewing in part or in its entirety. In addition, any audio or video recording done by Participant cannot be sold or placed online for viewing in part or in its entirety. Audio recording is acceptable. Recording short video clips is acceptable. The Participant is not permitted to video record full sessions.
(d) Participant agrees to being photographed and on video for the purpose of marketing and promotion on social media and print media.
